1. Respect and Friendship! Respect for others in your guild and respect for others in your realm. Redux's main reason for creation is about friendship! We are all friends here always remember this! Also please remember if we don't have respect for each other we have nothing.

2. All Redux members must be registered on the forums. Members are asked to frequently visit the web page. There is a lot of good information and discussions at any given point.

3. Ebayed accounts will not be guilded by Redux.

4. Members of Redux will not Ebay while guilded in Redux. You can Ebay if you want to but just please guild remove yourself first. Do not post the auction while guilded in Redux. (We don't suggest you EBay ever. You will be sorry if you do.)

5. Please keep foul language to minimum in guild chat or team speak. Remember some 4 letter words can be taken offensively. We are all adults here but remember there is a limit and lines can be crossed. Yes! this is not Mr. Rogers neighborhood but please keep respect for your fellow guildmates in mind.

6. You must have and use team speak or ventrilo depending on what we are using. This guild communicates through our voice server we expect you to be involved.

7. PvP is a must. If you join Redux you have to be willing to help out in PvP.

8. All cheaters will be removed. We in no way condone cheating in anyway. You will be removed no questions asked.

9. Consistent complaining in guild will not be tolerated. Complaining about patches, power leveling or simply not getting a group gets old very quickly. And puts the whole guild into a bad moral state. Having a conversation about a patch will happen but please don't harp on problems with the game that we cannot fix. Please remember we are all here to have fun and play the game and some of us don't have the same opinions as you might.

10. Any new members that are invited to the guild, he or she will stay an "Initiate" for a period of three weeks. (21 Days) Or it could be more or less in some cases.This is so you can get to know us and we can get to know you. :)

11. We are NOT a griefer guild! We do not go an hang out in newbie areas killing grey people to feel better about ourselves. We do play on a PvP server and of course PvP is going to happen. But please keep it within reason.

12. Remember as a member of Redux the Officers and GM's expect you to conduct yourself with honor and respect. This includes everywhere you go in game and out. This includes public forums please do not get involved in flame wars on VN or any other public forum. Posting is fine but please remember you are representing us as a guild. If you are a forum troll that loves to cause problems or act like a Forum tough guy then you could be removed from Redux.

13. Loot! We do not argue about loot. If you are creating drama and problems over loot in an online game you will be removed from Redux. Your an adult, lets act like an adult. Redux is a small guild and always will be a small guild. Everyone participating in raids will get loot. If you don't help us we won't give you loot. All of the officers are paying attention and logging participation in our raids. We do not use a DKP system or a point system for our loot. We use a Participation / Merit system for our loot. The loot that has dropped is talked about with the officers and GM's and we will determine with input from others who the loot will go to. In MMO's it is necessary for certain classes to be strong to help the whole guild succeed. For examples our Warrior and Priest must be strong for all of us to succeed. We will make key classes as strong as we can as quick as we can. Again everyone will get loot! We are not going to argue about virtual loot in a video game.

You must equip the item you get from a raid. Refusing to equip an item is considered prove that you want to sell the item or give it to an alt. Always remember you are on a guild raid. Meaning we are doing this for the "Guild" not just for you.

Only full members will get loot. New "Initiates" or "Peons" will not receive loot unless no one else needs an item you want.

Favoritism will not exist in our loot system. We run a very fair guild. Just because you are a long time member of the guild doesn't mean you automatically get loot. We are only interested in a few things: Guild strength and Guild success. That's our goal and that's your goal too here in Redux. We are concerned about the team not individual achievement.

Note: The loot system is always a progress in the works. And may be changed or altered at any time with input from Officers, GM's and Members.
